 Where is my order?

As we are a small business and a one-man team, please allow 1-2 days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date.

If you have any questions about your delivery please do not hesitate to contact us.

 Please Note: Covid-19 may cause shipping delays with Royal Mail, we cannot be held accountable for any delays.  

How is my order packed?

At House of Reign, our aim is to be as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible. If purchasing multiple products, they will be packed together in the same keepsake jewellery box/signature microfibre pouch (when possible).  

If you're buying something for yourself and someone else, please let us know in the note section if you would like any specific pieces to be packed separately. 

What payment options do we accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do we ship worldwide?

YAAASSS!! we cover all countries. 

Is House of Reign eco-friendly?

Yes! We care about the footprint, we as a brand leave on our planet. If there's a better eco-friendly option we will always try our best and choose to implement it for House of Reign and the broader community.

We've selected sustainable materials to pack our forever pieces!

Our custom jewellery boxes are made to be a keepsake and re-used. They're handmade of recycled card and are also 100% recyclable. We also try to pack as many pieces in one jewellery box to reduce wastage.

We also place a soft signature microfibre pouch in every order when you purchase earrings or necklaces. They're also handmade and reusable, designed to carry and protect your beautiful lifelong pieces!

Our Jewellery cards that we use to pack our necklaces and earrings are recyclable and FSC Certified. 

The shipping boxes and tissue paper we use are 100% recyclable, therefore once you open your package the rest can be thrown away into your green bins! Our smaller mailing bags are recyclable, however the larger ones are compostable.  

As a brand, we aim to reduce the use of plastic and try to repurpose as much packaging as possible. Any soft plastics we receive in the studio are collected and sent to a recycling service here in the Midlands, to be made into new products such as food packaging.

 Can I exchange my rings if they do not fit?

We do not offer any exchanges, please check your sizing before hand to make sure this product is right for you. Please refer to our sizing chart for reference.
