Returns and Exchanges

Returns Policy

All sales are final. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, an exchange or refund will be offered. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. 

If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at houseof.reign@outlook.com with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 5 days, with a photo of the received item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. 

Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). 

*For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.*

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations. All purchases are final for sanitary reasons so we ask that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase before completing the order. If you do have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at houseof.reign@outlook.com
